Come and Relax and Renew with me.......
During this 2 hour workshop we will allow total relaxation of the physical body and the mind to soften.
'Scientists have researched the benefits of relaxation, including reduction of muscle tension and improved circulation'
We will focus on:
- Breathing techniques pranayama (breath) and the healing benefits this brings to the practice,
- Restore the body and mind with healing postures that will encourage you to go deeper into your practice both in a meditative and spiritual way,
- Meditation to quieten the chatter of the mind,
- Rebalancing your nervous system and adrenaline glands .
A great way to balance your hormones, release and surrender.
The workshop will close with a deep restorative Yoga nidra to let any tension, and tiredness leave your physical body.
